Isonel® J31

Isonel J31 is a thermal class 180 (H) impregnation coating based on an alkydephenolic resin. The product consists of a polymeric binder, also called solid or dry extract, and a diluent compound. 

This base resin is a set of polymeric bonds to which a solvent has been added. Once the solvent has evaporated, the resin retained in the impregnated object reacts under the effect of heat to form a hard material.

ELAN-film®

ELAN-film is an innovative composite PET film, ideally matched to the performance required whilst operating at temperature ranges up to 200°C, ensuring that electrical machines have a long and reliable service life.

This film offers electrical insulation for the following parts : wedges, slot liners, phase separators, phase liners… into high temperature environments.
