Clean room cutting

With a cleanroom of 350 m², ADDEV Materials offers cutting and bending of finished parts in controlled environment.

Specially dedicated for “Food contact” applications in the Food and Cosmetic market, ADDEV Materials technologies allow the manufacturing and packaging of facial masks.

Wipes manufacturing

ADDEV Materials has different equipments dedicated to the manufacturing of nonwoven wipes. The mother rolls of nonwovens can be dyed, printed before being transformed into wipes according to the customer’s request.

Printing

ADDEV Materials can print non-woven reels or technical textiles according to the customer’s request: brand, logos, batch number, instructions for use or safety information….

This service is very economical since it is done at the same time as the cutting.

ADDEV Materials has two printing technologies:

  • 3 color flexo printing (photo), different pitches, on widths up to 2m
  • Inkjet printing / UV curing on wipes
